The feminine, swirling ruffles on top melt into a sexy cut-out in back. The slim, belted-waist falls open to a wider-than-usual cut skirt. It’s a look that is ripe for copying in Spring 2011. Just pair a skin-toned or off-white lacy top with a full black skirt and skinny belt to beckon your ladylike elegance. While the Shopbop look is more formal, it could be made more casual with a tweak to the skirt.
