When the temperature is downright frigid, it makes me want to stay home and be cozy. I pull on my soft, thick layers, make a good cup of coffee and light a candle, so the whole house smells delicious. The Voluspa Fleurs de Fete is my favorite scent and is heavenly (even the guys in my family like it). It burns for 100+ hours and creates a welcoming and warm scent, that’s not at all overpowering.
Look for candles in pretty tins or glass containers like these, to either give or get this year:

Voluspa Santiago Huckleberry candle, $18

LAFCO Myrrh candle, $55

red flower Himalayan Larch candle, $34

Thymes Frasier Fir candle, $26
If you’re looking for a great cup of coffee beyond the corner cafe, one of my favorites, Zen Blend by the Organic Coffee Co. was voted Best Ground Coffee by Real Simple magazine. I also love the French Vanilla flavor too.
