Insanely Good Peach Cobbler

If you’ve been looking to top your last peach cobbler recipe — this is it. It uses a technique that I had never tried before — boiling the peaches to yield a delectable peach-infused syrup, that gets drizzled over the top before baking. We made a half-recipe that was perfect for our small family, but the full recipe could easily serve 10 people. Guaranteed to be a perfect ending to your autumn meal.
